Instagram originated in 2010 and acquired by Facebook in 2012 and ever since then it has been growing,  Instagram hasn’t been the most popular marketing tool but that doesn’t mean you should ignore it, chances are most of your competitors are not on Instagram yet – be one step ahead of them. Personally I will admit that I have a bad habit of browsing on the internet for hours upon hours, yes just browsing! If you are able to offer some mobile window shopping therapy to your audience then you will receive followers and customers.
